Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Books showing signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Important note on refunds:
The amount paid for delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded. A fee will be deducted for the Free Standard shipping option. Please check which situation applies to you for Standard delivery:
🇨🇦 Free standard delivery in Canada: We deduct US$ 5 fromyour invoice total. This amount is deducted to cover the shipping costs we incur when sending your order, as well as administrative costs.
🇺🇸 Free standard delivery in the USA: We deduct US$ 5 from your invoice total. This amount is deducted to cover the shipping costs we incur when sending your order, as well as administrative fees.
💵 Paid delivery option (Express or Standard): If you have paid for delivery, this amount will NOT be refunded.
Refund Instructions
I. Make sure you meet the following criteria before proceeding with the refund.
1. You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return your jewelry for a refund.
2. The jewelry must be in its original condition.
3. The jewelry must not have been worn, washed or used.
Models in final sale (liquidation) cannot be returned. We will not accept your return if you do not meet these criteria.
II. On a sheet of paper, write down the following information:
1. Order number.
2. Customer's name.
3. E-mail address.
4. "REFUND".
III. Prepare a package with your jewelry and paper:
1.Use an envelope, not a box, for lower shipping costs.
III. When your package is ready, go to your local post office to send it back to us:
1. Take a tracking number! We are not responsible if the package gets lost.
2. Use only your local post office to return your jewelry. Example: Canada Post, USPS (DO NOT USE: UPS/FedEx/-DHL to send your package!!)

If you are coming from outside Canada: on the customs declaration paper that will be added by the delivery company, ask to have the contents of the package written as follows:
"COSTUME JEWELRY - CANADIAN PROPERTY RETURN TO CANADA"
We do not provide return labels, as most of the countries to which we send our packages cannot provide international return labels.
When we receive your package, we'll make sure the product is in its original condition. Once verified, you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been completed. The refund may take between 5 and 10 working days before it is available in your bank account.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (where applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 1654 Avenue Letourneux, Montréal, QC, H1V2M7, Canada.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 110$ CAD, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
