Order processing
All our prices are quoted in CAD (Canadian dollars).
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. During holiday periods, please allow an additional 48 hours (working days), and postal delivery times may also vary due to traffic.
Delivery
We ship anywhere in Canada. We also ship to the United States, England, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. All our shipments are tracked by a tracking number that is sent when the order is in the hands of the carrier.
FREE delivery anywhere in Canada and the United States with purchases of $90 or more.
All parcels are sent by Canada Post and take an average of 2 to 15 working days for delivery (Canada and United States). For other countries, please allow 1 to 3 weeks.
For orders outside Canada, you may be required to pay customs and import duties. If your parcel is subject to this, the person receiving the parcel is responsible for covering these costs.
These charges are independent and beyond our control. They vary from country to country, so we cannot predict the precise amount of your potential charges.
Finally, LEVA BIJOUX is not responsible for additional customs charges upon receipt of your purchase. These charges are sometimes applied to out-of-country shipments.
Please note that LEVA BIJOUX is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Delivery costs for parcels with incorrect addresses must be borne by the customer.
LEVA BIJOUX is not responsible for packages that disappear from your mailbox after being officially registered by the carrier. Once your parcel has been declared delivered, we are no longer liable. No refund will be made in this case.
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery, in the presence of the delivery agent or the person in charge of the relay point. In the event of damage in transit, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
