IS LEVA JEWELRY WATER-RESISTANT ? 💦

Our jewels are made of stainless steel and are therefore water-resistant. They can also withstand seawater and swimming pools as long as this remains occasional.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEVA BIJOUX JEWELRY ? 🧼

To ensure that your precious jewels continue to shine ✨, here are our tips for looking after them. 👩🏽‍🔧

Whatever the material of your jewelry is important to take care of it, so it doesn't tarnish over time.

  • Keep away from moisture 😶‍🌫️
  • Remove jewelry when sleeping 💤
  • Allow perfumes, lotions and body oils to dry before wearing🧴
  • Remove them before entering water 🫧
  • Avoid contact with hydroalcoholic gels and chemicals 👩🏽‍🔬
  • Store in a bag, closed box or dry place 👛
  • Remove jewelry during physical activity, as acidic perspiration may damage the plating 🏅

Please note that the acidity (PH) of certain skins, as well as perspiration, can alter, leave traces and sometimes modify the appearance of jewelry in general. We cannot be held responsible for these individual and natural reactions.
To clean our jewelry use a small brush 🧽, scrub gently under water, without using chemicals 🧪. Then dry with a soft, clean cloth. 🧺
It's important to know that all jewelry in general is fragile, so you'll need to be delicate in your gestures and in their care. We are not responsible for broken jewelry due to shock, lack of care and other elements other than a manufacturing defect.

WHAT IS 18K GOLD PLATING ? ✨

18K gold plating is a thin layer of gold deposited on a metal, concerning our jewelry it is stainless steel. All our jewelry is created with 18K plating. It is therefore important to take care of your jewelry, in order to keep it in good condition for as long as possible. 🏆

DELIVERY 🚚💨

I LIVE ABROAD, WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES ? 🛃🛂

For orders outside Canada, you may have to pay customs and import duties. If your package is subject to these, the person receiving the package is required to cover these costs.

These costs are independent and beyond our control. They vary from country to country, so we cannot predict the precise amount of your potential charges 🌎

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER ? 🗺️

We ship anywhere in Canada. We also deliver to the United States, England, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. All our shipments are tracked by a tracking number that is sent when the order is in the hands of the carrier. 🌍🌎🌏

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ? 📮👀

YES! Each order is associated with a tracking number that is emailed to you as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. It's essential to check your emails regularly (including the junk folder) to track the progress of your precious jewelry delivery ! 📦

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? 🫢

It's very important to act as quickly as possible and contact us at info@levabijoux.com 📧 to check whether your order has not yet been sent. We'll do everything we can to correct your error, but we can't guarantee anything. If, unfortunately, the order is in the hands of the carrier, there is nothing more we can do. You will need to contact the carrier as soon as possible to try to resolve the problem yourself. ☎️

When an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, the shipping company charges us an additional fee of up to $20 CAD for returning the order to our workshop. If you would like us to reship your order, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full cost of the associated freight. Please contact us at info@levabijoux.com to report any delivery problems. 📧

MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? ️ 🫠

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@levabijoux.com 📧 to find out how to solve the problem. If your order is returned to us due to various reasons, such as failure to collect at the post office, an error in the address or a refusal on delivery, we will have to charge you the full amount of the associated transport costs. 🚚

International orders are at the customer's expense. All tracking information is sent to you when the package leaves the Canada workshop 🇨🇦. It is important to follow the progress of your order in order to act as quickly as possible, as post offices do not keep parcels for more than 15 days (depending on the country of destination, you should contact the post office). If your parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to us. All return and customs charges are at the customer's expense. If your order is returned to us for any reason, such as failure to collect it from the post office, an error in the address or a refusal to accept delivery, we will have to charge you the full cost of transport.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ? ⏰

It depends on the delivery location, but in general, it takes 2 to 8 business days in Canada 🇨🇦 and 1 to 3 weeks internationally 🌍. Obviously, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please note that during holiday periods, delivery times may vary. ⏳

For international orders 🗺️, it is crucial to track the progress of your package with Canada Post 🇨🇦, as sometimes packages are held up at your Post Office due to various factors such as lack of delivery information, import fees, etc.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? ✅ ❌

All orders placed on the LEVA BIJOUX website are confirmed with an order number and an email sent after payment. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything, please contact us at info@levabijoux.com 📧 with your information (order number, last name, first name, email and delivery address), so that we can modify your information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ? ❌

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it 👍🏼. However, it is important to note that we cannot cancel an order that has already shipped 👎🏼. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@levabijoux.com 📧 to discuss the matter.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND ? 🔀

It's important to understand that we offer free shipping (from $90 CAD purchases in Canada and the United States), but the reality is that it costs us close to $18 to return an order (In Quebec shipping costs are high). For this reason, we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless it's due to a defect or error on our part. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY ORDER ? ⏱️

We anticipate a lead time of 1 to 5 working days to prepare your order (sometimes less than 24 hours). Preparation time also varies according to the day and time you place your order. 🛍️
